Daily Cleaning

Wipe Down: After each use, wipe the mat with a damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt

Deep Cleaning

• Mild Soap Solution:

1. Mix a few drops of mild dish soap or castile soap with warm water.
2. Dampen a cloth or sponge with the solution and gently wipe the mat.
3. Avoid soaking the mat, as rubber can absorb water.
4. Rinse with a clean damp cloth to remove soap residue.

• Vinegar Solution:

1. Mix equal parts of water and white vinegar.
2. Add a few drops of essential oils like tea tree or lavender for antibacterial properties and a pleasant scent.
3. Wipe the mat with a cloth dampened with this solution.
4. Rinse with a clean damp cloth.

Drying and Storage

• Air Dry: Lay the mat flat or hang it to dry completely before rolling it up. Avoid direct sunlight, as UV rays can degrade the rubber.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Roll the mat with the top side facing out to prevent curling.

Tips

• Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Do not use alcohol, bleach, or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the rubber.
• Minimize Sun Exposure: Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause rubber to become brittle and lose its grip.
