- You can change or cancel your order so long as the item hasn’t been shipped out. The sooner you request a cancellation, the higher the chance of stopping the order before it ships.
- Please leave a message to hello@yogasoul.com.au with the order information so that we could track your order, such as order number or Customer full name or mobile number.
- We will process your requirement ASAP. Once your requirement of cancellation is accepted and we will refund to you the same way you make the purchase, it may take a few days for the system to process the refund.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation might not be possible, and you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and initiate a return instead.
Immediate Report If items are damaged in transit, that must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of Delivery with photos evidence so that we can follow up as we hold insurance to cover this within Australia. In that case we will arrange to have the damaged item(s) returned to us. We may ask your co-operation in this by providing you with a returning shipping label and arrange a driver to pick up the item from your place. Once we receive the damaged item, we will arrange a Refund or Replacement following your instructions
- Refund: Ask for a full refund if you no longer want it.
- Replacement: Request a replacement if you prefer to have the same item without defects,we will then ship out a replacement at no further charge.

- Shipping cost is determined by your postcode and the weight/size of your order. Please note: shipping is calculated based on major cities in your state. Additional shipping charges may apply if your shipping address is in a regional area. For bulky orders, Please contact us to adjust the shipping fee accordingly.
- Delivery time In most areas shipping will take 1-5 business days which includes processing time at our warehouse in Sydney. In WA, TAS, NT and some remote areas delivery can take up to 7-10 business days.
- Tracking order and delivery status Once you have placed your order online, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and send it from our warehouse before you can begin to track your order. You will then receive an order confirmation email, with a link to track your order.
- Deliver to PO Box We can deliver to PO Boxes for small items only such as yoga strap, yoga Blocks and yoga bags etc. For large items such yoga bolster and mats, They're too big for Australia Post.
- Pick-up is available after 12 PM on the next working day. Pick-up address: 27 Mars Rd, Lane Cove West, NSW 2066. We will contact you by text messages to arrange the collection.
You can return most products within 7 days of the Delivery Date, provided the following conditions are satisfied:
- Standard Time Frame: We offer exchange, returns and refund within 7 days from the Date of Delivery. No Exchange, Returns and Refunds beyond 7 days from the Date of Delivery
- Proof of Purchase.Please provide any of the following: order number, customer full name, mobile number or any information that could help us to find your order information.
- New or Like-New: Items typically need to be returned in new or like-new condition. This means no visible wear, damage, or signs of use. The product must be unwashed, unused and unworn and in resalable condition.
- Original Packaging: items need to be returned in the original undamaged packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Customer-Paid Shipping: Return/exchange shipping costs will be under your own expense
- Once we receive the returned item and it is acceptable, we will refund to you the same way you make the purchase, it may take a few days for the system to process the refund.
- Once we receive the exchanged item and it is acceptable, we will package and ship out the new item for your exchange.
- Sales or Clearance Items: Returns and Exchanges are NOT accepted on-SALE or Clearance items unless faulty
