Return Policy

We offer exchange, returns and refund within 7 days after delivery of your order. No exchange, returns and refunds beyond 7 days from the delivery of order.

Please provide any of the following: order number, customer full name, mobile number, or any information that can help us to find your order information

Items typically need to be returned in new or like-new condition. This means no visible wear, damage, or signs of use. The product must be unwashed, unused and unworn and in resalable condition.

Items need to be returned in the original undamaged packaging with all tags and labels attached

Return/exchange shipping costs will be under your own expense

Once we receive the returned item and it is acceptable, we will refund to you the same way you make the purchase, it may take a few days for the system to process the refund. For example: Credit /Debit Card payments may take up to 5 business days back to your balance. PayPal payments normally take 1-2 business days for the credit back to your PayPal account.

Once we receive the exchanged item and it is acceptable, we will package and ship out the new item for your exchange.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for on sale or clearance items unless faulty
